Sue Ellen McTaggart leads the operations
team in her role as Director of Operations
with a myriad of experience in incentives
and conference events around the globe.
Sue Ellen prides herself on her ability
to understand client needs and issues
and with a true passion for people
and excellence, dedicates herself
to motivating her colleagues by surpassing
clients' expectations. As an owner/operator,
her hands on experience includes all
facets of corporate, government, not-for-profit
and pharmaceutical industries. Her
experience of corporate governance
is backed up by a 10-year stint as
a board member of Royal Life Saving
NSW.
Sue Ellen holds a Masters Degree
in Communication Management from the
University of Technology Sydney and
is a MEA (Meetings and Events Australia)
Mentor where she shares her knowledge
in management and leadership experiences
to mentees to increase their skills
in a variety of areas. |

co-director of Sane, Michelle's focus
as Director of Sales and Marketing
is on creativity and branding development.
Michelle has developed a team of staff
that are able to think outside the
box and deliver that creative edge
for their clients.
Michelle has a substantial background
with over 25 years in the travel industry
in Melbourne and Sydney. Working with
a number of blue chip organisations
around the world on award winning
incentive programs, Michelle now manages
all strategic marketing, product development
and business development for the organisation.
Embracing the ever changing and challenging
world of events, Michelle is passionate
about creating new products and services
at Sane, responding to current market
needs and trends. |

Ashley
Partridge
Executive Assistant

Ashley's
role is pivotal to the Sales and Marketing
area supporting the role with 7 years
experience in Executive Assistant
roles in several Federal and State
Government Departments.
With exceptional organisational skills,
Ashley assists the Director of Sales
and Marketing with large corporate
and government tenders, client relations,
site inspections and is responsible
for much of Sane's creative flair.
Ashley has extensive travel experience
to contribute to our wealth of world
knowledge and has travelled to most
countries in the world.
Ashley also holds a Bachelor of Arts
from the University of Sydney and
is currently part of a Entrepreneur
& Innovation program run through
Open Universities Australia.

Wood
Sales and Marketing

Bronwyn's
20 year career in Business Events
gives her the experience and contacts
to create winning connections. Building
relationships and finding synergies
is at the heart of what Bron enjoys
and relishes in delivering for our
clients.
As our sponsorship specialist, Bron
adds a further dimension to our business
offering , by utilising her exceptional
customer service skills to procure
sponsorship for our clients as well
as advise on aspects of event marketing.
Bron started in the industry escorting
Japanese groups to the Adelaide F1
Grand Prix in 1990 and prior to joining
Sane was Group C&I Sales Manager
for Mirvac Hotels & Resorts.
As a valuable asset to our Sales
team, Bronwyn brings her sense of
humour and passion for the business
events industry, which we look forward
to injecting into your next event.

Buchanan
Operations Manager
|
As
the Operations Team Manager, Penny
sits as 2IC to Sue Ellen in the operations
department. Penny's expertise with
exhibition and sponsorship enables
us to deliver a heightened level of
service to this specialised area.
Penny holds a degree in Applied Science
(O.T) from Sydney University.
Prior to her role at Sane, Penny held
management positions within health
and non-government organisations both
in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Penny also has vast training and
presentation experience including
guest lectureships and guest speaking
on major health conferences. |

Veronique
Grigoriadis
Reception & Office Management

Veroniques role entails delegates
liaison on some of our files, accounts
co-ordinator, assisting our financial
manager, administrative support and
records management and attends to
Sane's important office needs. As
an all rounder, Veronique is invaluable
and puts the sanity back into the
Sane team without a doubt.

Hammond
Financial Management

Katrina
provides the accounting and financial
advice that keeps Sane on track and
in the black. She handles both accounts
payable & receivable and if you
are late with your payments –
watchout!
Katrina combines a strong accounting
background with solid experience in
both secretarial and personal assistant
roles. She has graced the accounting
departments of Swimmart, Ziehl-ebm,
& A Royale to name just a few.
Katrina has an Associate Diploma
in Accounting and over 15 years accounting
experience. |

McIntosh
IT Manager

Stephen
has held several IT management positions
in Australia, Japan & United Kingdom
and has lectured in computer programming
at the University of Sydney.
He oversees the day to day operations
of Sane’s IT infrastructure,
including web site development, online
database management, e-commerce and
related technologies. His skills in
programming and IT administration
offer a one-stop shop for our clients.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering
from the University of Technology,
Sydney.

UTS, plus a degree in nursing, Bronwen's

Nair is one of Sane's more experienced
Account Manager bringing a heightened

the Sane Group.
With 11 years of solid industry experience,
Yashodha has a strong focus on incentive
groups and international programs

and across a large selection of industries
such as automotive, IT, food service
industry, pharmaceutical, financial
and telecommunications to name a few.

a 'can-do' attitude - Yashodha is

joins us as a full time employee after
working part time on projects over
the past 2 years whilst completing
a Bachelor of Psychology at Western
Sydney University.
With a focus on delegate liaison services,
Eliza delivers an excellent polish
to our service levels ensuring all
delegates needs are met on a daily
basis.
Eliza’s eye for fine detail
and exceptional ability to complete
projects on time and to perfection
allows us to provide our clients with
high end results time and time again.

as well as a vast knowledge of hotel
and venue practices.
Liz also has experience in the event
management of both international and
domestic programs, and will be a valuable
